Helpdesk Services Offered

  • Client queries, complaints, maintenance, troubleshooting, and reinstallations within predetermined TAT via telephone, email, remote connections, web meetings or even site visits if the situation demands for them.
  • Coordinate meetings for Bank’s and Client’s IT project teams with the respective business groups when needed for various implementations and integration requirements.
  • Prepare user manuals and Technical Documentation on the process flow of the products and applications on behalf of Bank.
  • MIS - Provide regular updates via email and phone to your Bank Implementations team and to other concerned parties in your Bank on Client implementation and status. This is clubbed with preparation of weekly reports showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies for the various support activities.
  • Transition, Migration Testing and Implementation Test during Migration of existing Accounting / ERP to NEW ERP Systems of your customer.
  • Relationship Management and Cross selling of your other Banking products

Integration Support Activities Offered

  • Coordinating for Data Integration between Bank’s and Client’s IT team for development and testing of converter interfaces. This is especially useful in payment integrations with your Client’s own ERP (like MFGPro, SAP, and Oracle etc). Our staff would be able to collect initial client file mappings to integrate with your custom made Middle ware Convertor/Interfaces or CBS (Bancs).
  • Preparing Business Requirement Documents (software requirement, analysis, change request documents) and Process Notes for the Integration of your Client’s requirement with your Bank.
  • Our staff can help in the day to day management of change requests and closure with testers and clients especially in the implementation of any of your new modules being launched.
